Glade Capital is a London-based private asset investment firm, focused on acquiring prime UK and European real estate and asset-backed credit structures. Glade Capital is part of a multi-strategy investment group, which has made more than 300 investments in recent years.

Our mission is to provide recurring income and capital appreciation for our investors through proprietary approach to origination, evaluation, execution, acquisition, and active management of a diversified portfolio of real estate and credit investments in the UK and the wider European market.

Leadership Team

Decades of success in real estate and asset-backed credit special situations

Lior is a Founding Partner of Glade Capital and is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer.

Lior has nearly 20 years’ experience in real estate and related sectors, having started his career in London. He has been investing on behalf of blue chip institutions throughout his career and has been instrumental in building cross-border Real Estate investment across Europe. Prior to founding the firm, Lior set up and managed the European Real Estate platform for a UHNW family office.

Beforehand, Lior was responsible for leading the Real Estate funds business for J.P. Morgan in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Lior was an investment manager for Astin Capital Management Limited, a U.K. based investment manager.

Lior also sits on the Board of Directors of Q International Group, a pan-European service apartment operator.
Lior graduated from the University of Imperial College, London with a Master of Business Administration (‘MBA’).

Idan is a Founding Partner of Glade Capital and is the firm Director and Chief Financial Officer. In the last 15 years Idan has been the Chief Financial Officer of a UHNW family office focusing on Real Estate and Financial Markets investments.

Over the 15 years Idan has been in charge of numerous real estate transaction, in multiple jurisdictions, providing his experience to every aspect of the investment process from deal structuring, tax planning, due diligences, acquisition and management.

Prior to joining the family office Idan worked in PWC Israel as an auditor for private and public companies.

Idan also sits on the Board of Directors of Q International Group, a pan-European service apartment operator.

Idan holds a Master in Finance and Investments (‘Msc.) from Cass Business School and a B.A in Accountancy and Economics from the Tel Aviv University.
